Hadron Strategies President Tyler Brown recently had the opportunity to travel to Tblisi, Georgia and share his perspective on “Digital Democracy” with 25 young, civic leaders from across the Eurasia region.

The conference was hosted by the International Republican Institute and its Generation Democracy program.
