Hadron Strategies Announces New Partners
Hadron Strategies, a digital public affairs firm based in Alexandria, Va., announced the addition of two new partners today, Lara Barger and Evan Walker. With broad experience spanning politics, government and business, Lara and Evan will strengthen Hadron’s unique, data-driven approach to digital communications and strategy.
The new additions will also expand Hadron Strategies footprint into the Midwest as it continues to better serve its national client base. Lara Barger will be establishing Hadron’s Chicago office while Evan Walker will be based in Southeast Michigan.

Evan Walker, Partner
Evan Walker is a seasoned digital professional who has a high level of experience working in politics as well as a broad range of work in the private sector. Prior to joining Hadron Strategies, Evan founded Satellite Black, a digital production and consulting firm located in Southwest Michigan, where he and his family moved after serving as a Senior Digital Strategist in the Executive Office of the President at the White House.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in film production, Evan has built nearly a decade of experience creating videos, capturing photography, designing campaign identities, developing websites, and building a wide range of digital content and products.
Lara Barger, Partner
Lara Barger is an experienced communicator and digital strategist who has executed strategies at the highest level in politics and the private sector. Most recently she served as a Senior Digital Strategist in the Executive Office of the President at the White House. Prior to serving in government, she was the Director of Social Media for the Republican National Committee and also worked in Strategic Communications at The Heritage Foundation.
A graduate of Boston College and possessing a masters degree from George Washington University, Lara resides in Chicago, Illinois.
