On January 11, 2023, the International Republican Institute (IRI), a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated towards promoting freedom and democracy globally, released its comprehensive Political Parties Playbook: A Guide For Digital Party Operations. Hadron Strategies President Tyler Brown was proud to participate in the project as a contributing author based upon his experience overseeing digital operations at the Republican National Committee and training grassroots political leaders across the United States and international locations Republic of Georgia, the Philippines, Hong Kong among others.

The digital playbook is intended to serve as a resource for fledgeling political parties in developing democracies as they seek to harness the power of digital tools to build constituencies and win elections.
