“WHAT IS YOUR ETA?”
In its traditional context, ETA typically refers to “Estimated Time of Arrival.” Like many weary travelers, Hadron’s clients are also trying to reach their organizational goals, and arrive on time. In our effort to help them do so, we view ETA slightly differently and embed that approach in all the work that we do.

If our clients could meet their objectives on their own, they would. But in an ever-changing world shaped and made more complex by technology, the roadmap is not always clear. Therefore, we take it as our responsibility not only to help our clients arrive at their destination, but to make the journey more apparent and intuitive. Their challenges become our challenges and ones that we strive to overcome together.

When it comes to digital marketing and strategy, quantifiable metrics can be both a blessing and a curse. Rather than drowning our clients in spreadsheets, we help them to identify KPIs that will determine success. We want our clients to know who we work with and how their money is spent so they can feel comfortable with the strategy before embarking.
➔ ACCOUNTABILITY:
It is always our aim to meet and exceed our client’s objectives. Unfortunately, the reality is there will be times where we fall short. Rather than obfuscating or changing the goalposts, we believe these to be the most important moments in the client-partner relationship. It is our commitment to our clients to be upfront and accountable when we fail to meet their expectations so that our numerous mutual successes carry greater meaning.
